Return and Exchange Policies

We make every effort to fulfill your order correctly, completely and with the utmost care and concern.  We do, however, realize that returns are sometimes unavoidable.  If you need to return an item for either exchange or refund please read the following guidelines:

Every product page shows a return period for which a return authorization request is valid. If there is no return period for a particular product, it is not returnable. For example, ammunition is not returnable due to safety concerns.

All returns must be requested within the time period listed on the product page based on the invoice date.  Please take the time to inspect your item within this timeframe. Returns requested after this period will be refused.

The original shipping fee cannot be refunded, unless the reason for the return was due to an error in fulfilling your original order properly.

To return or exchange an item, you must first fill out an RMA request (Return Merchandise Authorization). You can do this from your order page after logging into your account.

Once you have filled out the online return request form we will contact you with an RMA number and return address. If you do not see an RMA request link on your order page for a product you purchased, it either is non-returnable, or it has passed the return period and therefore is no longer returnable for refund or exchange.

Please note that items sent back with out the RMA# on the box will be refused.

The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Exchanges and refunds are processed in the order received.  Depending upon season, volume of business or product availability, you may experience a short delay in receiving your exchange.  Returns are usually processed in 5-7 business days from when they are received.  In most cases, you can expect your exchanged product to be back in your hands within 2-3 weeks,

All refunds will be less up to a 25% restocking fee, unless waived due to an error in fulfilling your original order properly.

All returns are subject to inspection or testing at our facility.  If we deem the product to be satisfactory and as advertised, if the original packaging is damaged, or if the returned product cannot be sold as new the total refund could be less up to a 25% restocking fee.

All accessories originally shipped with the item must be returned with the item (including magazines, etc.) to receive a full refund.  Return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Accessories can be returned through any carrier.  Long guns should be returned using Ground service through any carrier.  Handguns returned via USPS must be sent through an FFL Dealer.  Ammunition and select other items cannot be returned due to safety issues.  COD packages will be refused.  Charges incurred from shipping centers will not be reimbursed.
